Dear Louisiana Licensed Radiologic Technologists,

This serves to remind all of you that the 2011 renewal season has started and the renewal applications have been mailed to addresses of record on March 14, 2011.  You can download a renewal form at the website. Look under "Documents"  and download the form named "2011-2013 Renewal Season Form". You can renew your license up to and before May 31, 2011 and not be subject to late renewal penalties. PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR LICENSE EXPIRE.We can be reached at  504 838 5231 if you need assistance in the renewal process. Late fees are charged for late renewals. We also will respond to any e-mail requests or messages that you need to send us. Our e-mail address is laradbrd@bellsouth.net.

The web data is updated daily for those wishing to do verifications. Applications and other items are available on the site. On April 1st of 2011, we will post the 2011 renewal form online for those of you that did not receive it in the mail.
